Responsibilities
- Inspire and support your team to provide excellent service to customers.
- Lead and inspire your team to ensure a positive customer experience by providing feedback and setting goals.
- Maintain adequate staffing levels by assisting in the development of weekly schedules and hiring new team members.
- Ensure the restaurant remains clean and safe by following maintenance and food safety guidelines.
- Assist in restaurant operations management, including inventory control and record keeping.
- Adapt to various situations to support your team's abilities in meeting customer needs.
- Remain calm and utilize knowledge to help resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns.
- Provide coaching, training, and positive feedback to develop team members' skills.
- Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers to enhance quality of life.

Requirements
- Desire to grow and succeed in personal and professional development.
- Strong people-oriented relationship skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and prepare food.
- Drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility in working scheduled shifts.
- Experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity preferred.
- Valid driver's license and insurance with an adequate driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently with various personalities.
- Satisfactory completion of a background check and must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
