About the position
Join our team at PJ Cheese, Inc., the largest Franchise Group within the United States Papa John's Pizza family. We are looking for motivated individuals to fill our Assistant Manager positions, with the opportunity to grow into General Managers and eventually Owner/Operators of their own local restaurant. Our training program is designed to help you succeed at your own pace, whether you are looking for part-time or full-time work. As a General Manager, you will have the chance to dictate your own future and earn what you are worth while learning to run your own restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Opening or closing a restaurant
- Preparing inventory orders
- Setting up cash tills
- Making pizzas and other food products
- Taking customer orders over the phone and in person
- Hiring and training employees
- Delivering orders when necessary
- Managing production and directing others
- Growing sales and customers
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Completion of a standard Papa John's employment application
- Must be at least 18 years of age
