Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with inventory management
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist with scheduling and managing employee shifts
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability

Requirements

• Previous experience in store management or assistant manager role
• Strong retail sales background, preferably in wireless sales
• Solid understanding of retail math and inventory management principles
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Effective shift management abilities, including scheduling and delegation
• Multilingual skills are a plus
• Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
