About the position
The Taco Bell Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by overseeing work shifts and ensuring compliance with Taco Bell standards. This role involves problem-solving, guiding team members, and maintaining a safe and efficient restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in running effective work shifts.
- Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties.
- Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability.
- Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
- Ensure the restaurant is a safe place for employees and customers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED; College or University Degree preferred.
- 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
- Basic personal computer literacy.
- Strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager position.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
