Flynn Hut joined the Pizza Hut system in 2021. In 2023, we expanded internationally acquiring Pizza Hut's master franchisee in Australia with 260+ units. Today we are the largest Pizza Hut franchisee in the world with 1200+ locations and are operating in 2 Countries. We continue to grow by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators. Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a welcoming environment.
• Assist in training and developing team members.
• Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a leadership role in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
