About the position

Responsibilities
- Ensure rail cars are loaded and unloaded in accordance with customer and FRA requirements
- Learn, implement, teach, and execute the S7 Operating System
- Promote a safety culture where each team member values safe behaviors and conditions
- Maintain equipment and facility
- Teach and promote personal responsibility for safe behaviors and environmental responsibility
- Lead proactively in problem solving, decision making, and organizing team members
- Utilize coaching techniques for improving behaviors
- Create an environment for team building with emphasis on individual development and growth
Requirements
- Two years of rail car loading experience preferred
- Hands-on experience in railcar loading and unloading preferred
- Maintenance experience a plus
- Must have leadership skills to ensure team members follow procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Possess English communication skills for safety purposes
- Dynamic personality to lead team members and prioritize safety
- Ability to travel
- College degree preferred
- Valid Driver's License
