As a full time Assistant Manager, you will be a hands-on part of the team that runs the restaurant's operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in operating the restaurant to achieve corporate profit objectives and provide guest satisfaction.
• Create an environment and culture that is fun, productive, and respectful.
• Assist in the daily operation of the restaurant and work at any station when necessary.
• Ensure the highest level of hospitality and service is provided to guests as the Manager on Duty.
• Ensure compliance with established food standards, food quality, preparation, and production.
• Ensure compliance with prescribed standards in guest relations, labor costs, paper costs, restaurant safety, and sanitation.
• Prepare and maintain personnel records, team member schedules, financial and administrative reports.
• Ensure adherence to company operational procedures for the dining room, service area, and kitchen.
• Ensure that all specials, promotions, and marketing plans are presented according to company expectations.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.

Requirements

• A great attitude!
• 18 years of age
• Daytime and Nighttime availability
• 1 year retail or restaurant management experience
