About the position

The Assistant Manager's role involves executing the company's brand strategy and promoting its vision, mission, and values, resulting in a great customer experience and maximized sales. The role includes teaching, coaching, and providing leadership to the store crew members, maximizing store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality, overseeing daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales, and actively participating in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed. The Assistant Manager will share in the responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly. The work schedule varies based on a rotating 3-week schedule with an expected 45-hour work week. This position reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values.
  • Teach, coach, and provide leadership to the store crew members.
  • Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
  • Oversee daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
  • Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
  • Ensure that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a management role.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Retail Management experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must have a valid Driver License.
