Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in operating the restaurant to achieve corporate profit objectives.

- Ensure the highest level of hospitality and service is provided to guests at all times.
- Assist in creating a fun, productive, and respectful culture within the restaurant.
- Work at any station when necessary as the Manager on Duty.
- Ensure compliance with established food standards and quality.
- Monitor guest relations, labor costs, and restaurant safety and sanitation.
Requirements
- 1 year of retail or restaurant management experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability for both daytime and nighttime shifts.
