About the position

The Assistant Manager position at Tricolor Auto Group is designed for self-motivated and energetic individuals who are eager to advance their careers in the automotive sales industry. Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train the Customer Experience Specialists.
• Conduct team meetings and one-on-ones with team members to monitor performance and establish goals alongside the General Manager.
• Ensure the appropriate utilization of the AutoMas system for loan application documentation and deal terms submission.
• Provide an excellent experience to customers during and after the sales process.
• Build relationships with customers.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a supervisory/management role is highly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service and Sales.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
