About the position
The Center Assistant Manager at Grease Monkey International is responsible for managing the service facility to ensure high operational standards and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a professional with a strong background in service and operations within the automotive industry, focusing on delivering the best service experience to customers.
Responsibilities
- Learn and fully execute the company System of Operation.
- Manage all aspects of center operation to the highest standards of quality and profitability.
- Oversee customer interactions, service, and satisfaction.
- Handle hiring and all aspects of good employee management.
- Manage service bay operations and inventory, including ordering and stocking.
- Maintain the POS system and ensure safety and warranty prevention.
- Drive bottom-line profitability.
- Build and lead a team of service-oriented technicians.
- Engage and please customers, building relationships and loyalty.
- Participate in building strong center awareness and community connections.
Requirements
- Management experience in an automotive environment is required.
