About the position

We are seeking an exceptional Center Assistant Manager for our GMI service facility. The role involves managing the center to the highest operational standards and excellence in customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and fully execute the company System of Operation and deliver it consistently to every customer, every time.
  • Manage all aspects of center operation to the highest standards of quality and profitability, including customer interactions, service, and satisfaction.
  • Oversee hiring and all aspects of good employee management.
  • Manage service bay operations and inventory management, including ordering and stocking.
  • Maintain the POS system and ensure safety and warranty prevention measures are in place.
  • Focus on bottom-line profitability and build a team of service-oriented technicians.
  • Engage and please customers, build relationships, and create loyalty through exceptional customer experience.
  • Participate in building strong center awareness and community connections, and develop business opportunities within the local market.

Requirements

  • Management experience in an automotive environment is required.

  • Ability to build and lead a team of service-oriented technicians.
