Responsibilities

• Support the store manager and other team members
• Complete daily store operational requirements in manager's absence
• Maintain operations by enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
• Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts and maintaining inventories
• Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives, and other pertinent issues
• Maintain and monitor store inventory
• Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and presentable for customers
• Process sales when necessary

Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Basic reading, writing, and accounting skills
• Excellent customer service skills
