About the position
The Assistant General Manager at Cafe Zupas is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, either in the front or back of house. Responsibilities

Requirements
- 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management is a plus
- Available to work a five day set schedule
- Experience mentoring a team
- Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter
- Enthusiastic, positive, and genuine
