Responsibilities

• Operational and execution support for all Site O&M or Project teams in the cluster to include routine administration, facility, maintenance and office management.
• Responsible for ensuring suitable lodging and boarding facilities for Project and O&M Site Teams including selection, hiring, furnishing and operations in terms of Guest Houses with in house or outsourced pantry.
• Ensure availability of suitable transport as per company norms and SOP at best costs for employee transportation for sites within the cluster through respective Site S&A leads.
• Overall responsible for effective vendor management for administrative services within the cluster to include sourcing, negotiation, billing, cost optimization, analysis, and departmental MIS.
• Ensuring statutory compliances, lease deeds, office regulations, manpower, intellectual property protection and administration related liaison and communication with Government bodies.
• Ensure execution of HR, CSR and HSE related events/initiatives within the cluster and provide support to all Depts for Site level activities.
• Ascertain risk/threat assessment and execute effective security strategies in consonance with State S&A Head to mitigate against generational/manday losses and crisis management for all Project and O&M Site locations within the cluster.
• Ensure security of company assets, employees, services and facilities from vandalism, espionage, sabotage, theft, unauthorized entry, misuse and loss through outsourced Security Services.
• Develop and maintain the intelligence & vigilance network in the cluster.
• End to end management of security service providers to include quality controls, audits, reporting, budgetary controls, billing, and compliance related aspects.
• Resolving RoW issues through liaison with local villagers, police, administrative authorities, and relationship management (administration and security specific) in coordination with EPC and Legal team.
• Ensure filing FIRs for thefts, vandalism, etc. and follow up is done by respective Site S&A leads till closure.
• Handling and assisting other teams of the company in statutory compliances with respect to land and legal aspects.
• Support to HR, CSR and HSE for execution of site level initiatives as per requirement from the concerned department and provision/coordination of all related requirements.
• Due Diligence of new Sites.
• Handling pandemic / heavy rains / floods / forest fire and other such challenging situations.
• Safety and wellbeing of all employees in the cluster and coordination for any medical and other emergency situations.
