Under the supervision of the FM COE Lead, the Assistant Facilities Manager supports the FM COE with supporting work order management efforts for all C&W supported client sites. The Assistant Facilities Manager is charged with supporting the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, and the centralized work order program to centrally support regional delivery teams who provide well-maintained buildings. Places an emphasis on a positive response to the concerns and needs of the client, environmental health and safety, and quality programs, in coordination with the client's goals and objectives.
