Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • 2 years experience in an Early Childhood setting.
  • Working knowledge of state specific licensing requirements, National Accreditation guidelines, and early childhood development teaching and assessment strategies.
  • Willingness to learn and grow as a leader.
  • Passion for working with young children.
  • Ability to satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
  • Documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
