Requirements

RN with a current license by State Board of Nursing
At least three years of nursing experience
One year of supervisory experience
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Ability to coordinate with other departments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice To Haves

LTC/SNF experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Assist in interviewing applicants
Scheduling
Participate in orientation and in-service education training
Participate in performance reviews
Enforce personnel policies
Ensure compliance with regulations for documentation from physicians and nursing personnel
Assist with care planning
Continuous Quality Improvement
Ensure proper infection control techniques are utilized
