About the position

The Assistant Clinic Manager at Milan Laser Hair Removal plays a crucial role in supporting the Clinic Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. This position involves leading consultations with clients, managing daily operations, and driving sales performance while delivering exceptional client experiences. The Assistant Clinic Manager will also take charge in the absence of the Clinic Manager, making it essential to have strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead consultations with clients to uncover their needs and deliver personalized recommendations
  • Present and negotiate financing solutions to help clients achieve their goals
  • Promote upsells and additional services to current clients
  • Engage with clients to maximize satisfaction and long-term relationships
  • Model a passion for delivering exceptional service and uphold Milan's high standards of professionalism
  • Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and client communication
  • Maintain and update client records and facilitate client reviews
  • Support medical staff by ensuring treatment rooms are well-maintained
  • Perform opening and closing duties and process client financial transactions
  • Lead the team in day-to-day operations in the absence of the Clinic Manager
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g, GED) required
  • Experience in a commission driven environment driving world class experiences for every client preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal required
  • Ability to work independently required
  • Works well in a team environment required
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information required
  • Ability to use a computer and sales software required
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings, or as the business requires
