As an Assistant Clinic Director, you’ll be part of a high-impact team that’s rewriting the script on what proactive, personalized healthcare looks like. Working side-by-side with a culture-forward Clinic Director, you’ll help lead a clinic that prioritizes people—our team, our patients, and our communities. Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Clinic Director to cultivate a high-performance, high-heart culture
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and staff training with clarity and kindness
  • Help maintain a workplace where every team member feels supported and valued
  • Contribute to leadership meetings and culture development initiatives
  • Administer IV infusions, IM injections, and other therapies with skill and precision
  • Educate patients on treatment protocols, supplement benefits, and long-term wellness
  • Maintain exceptional standards for compliance, documentation, and patient safety
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, inventory, and ordering to keep clinic operations seamless
  • Support the Clinic Director in meeting performance metrics and financial goals
  • Identify areas for improvement and collaborate on solutions to optimize efficiency
  • Create a calming, informed, and professional experience for every patient
  • Build relationships based on trust, transparency, and holistic support
  • Address patient concerns with compassion and a problem-solving mindset

Requirements

  • Current RN license
  • 1–2 years of clinical leadership or strong readiness to step into a leadership role
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Passion for functional medicine, integrative health, and people-first care
