The Assistant Branch Manager position at a License Branch will assist the Branch Manager in overseeing and executing all aspects of branch operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that the licensing needs of customers are met in a timely, safe, and secure manner. The Assistant Branch Manager will work in a fast-paced and highly-stimulated environment, reporting directly to the Branch Manager. The essential functions of this role include overseeing the branch's daily operations, conducting meetings with branch staff, assisting leadership with scheduling, and managing the daily opening and closing of the branch. The Assistant Branch Manager will also be responsible for completing weekly reports, maintaining daily records for all balances and deposits, and aiding leadership in resolving escalated customer complaints. Additionally, this position will partner with the Branch Manager and HR staff to ensure that training, development, evaluation, and discipline are completed in accordance with policy. Monitoring BMV inventory and office supplies is also part of the role.
