About The Position
Aqua Tots Swim Schools Rancho Cucamonga is looking for an Assistant Aquatics Manager. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask, be extremely organized, manage a team, and work in a fast-paced environment. This position is looking to be filled ASAP, with a hiring process that can take less than 1 week.
Requirements
- Availability to work full time
- Availability to rotate weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday and Sunday)
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- 2 years swim experience
- 2 years management or leadership experience
- Must be able to accommodate 30-40 hrs per week.
