About the position

The Field Supervisor - Assets is responsible for overseeing the timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects within budget while ensuring high-quality standards. This role involves managing subcontractors, coordinating equipment and materials, and maintaining safety and compliance with regulations. The Field Supervisor will also build relationships with project stakeholders and represent the company professionally during all project phases.

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with project stakeholders and instill confidence in project management abilities.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, including scope of work, objectives, materials, and resources.
  • Oversee site personnel and subcontractors, driving quality, productivity, and safety standards.
  • Ensure project work meets the highest standards of workmanship based on industry standards.
  • Maintain high standards of communication and customer service.
  • Adhere to OSHA, environmental, building codes, and company safety standards.
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals for projects.
  • Ensure timely submission of project documentation and reporting.
  • Participate in the on-call emergency rotation as needed.
  • Protect and manage company assets to reduce unnecessary costs.
  • Attend and participate in scheduled meetings and safety training.

Requirements

  • Valid Colorado Driver's License and clear DMV and criminal background check.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Solid time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to seek out resources for personal development.
  • Ability to effectively schedule projects while maintaining flexibility.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, train, and direct others.
  • Ability to thrive under high performance expectations.
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines, goals, and company objectives.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with Restoration Management (RM) program.
  • Experience with Xactimate program.
  • Experience using a vehicle and equipment tracking program/platform.
