Provides case management services, which includes assessing, planning, monitoring and evaluating for determining the care needs of clients, collaborative coordination of services and case management process. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
  • Bachelor of Social Work is acceptable
  • Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
  • Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
  • Nursing diploma is acceptable
  • Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW)
  • Must upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position.
  • Must bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search.
