About The Position

Join the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board (H-NNCSB) as an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Supervisor and lead a dedicated team providing intensive, community-based behavioral health services to adults with serious mental illness. This leadership role is ideal for a compassionate and motivated professional committed to supporting recovery, independence, and successful community living. The ACT Supervisor also assists with program evaluation and development by monitoring program effectiveness and recommending service improvements and new initiatives. H-NNCSB is committed to professional growth and development. This position requires registration for clinical supervision toward LPC or LCSW licensure, and clinical supervision will be provided by the agency.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
Three (3) years of clinical experience, including counseling, crisis intervention, and case management with individuals living with serious mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders
Registration with the Virginia Board of Health Professions for LPC or LCSW supervision within 90 days of hire
