Join the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board (H-NNCSB) as an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Supervisor and lead a dedicated team providing intensive, community-based behavioral health services to adults with serious mental illness. Key responsibilities include conducting client outreach, completing psychological and needs assessments, developing treatment plans, coordinating services and community resources, monitoring client progress, providing advocacy, counseling, crisis intervention, daily living support, and medication oversight. The ACT Supervisor also assists with program evaluation and development by monitoring program effectiveness and recommending service improvements and new initiatives.
