Responsibilities
- Production assembly and test processes
- Work in designated workstation
- Meet Takt time
- Follow 5S standards for area
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 - 6 months experience and currently be working at Trane through a Staffing Service
- Must possess basic math skills, understanding of decimals and fractions for measurement
- Ability to read and write English for assembly directions, Work Order packets and safety instructions
- Completion of basic Safety Orientation and Crane Training
- Brazers must have current braze certification
