Responsibilities
- Properly run the manual assembly machine
- Perform set up timely
- Meet production and quality standards
- Ability to read job tags and understand processing steps
- Inspect material to ensure product is correct and not damaged
- Ability to use computers to produce finished goods labels, plate, and shop floor reporting
- Work with the Quality Department to verify material to the standards
- Maintain lot integrity through the assembly process
- Produce daily schedule targets
- Operate a powered industrial truck safely
- Stage material to the schedule to meet customer demand
- Communicate professionally to department leads and management
- Communicate maintenance and tooling requirements as needed
- Maintain cleanliness standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ensure safety standards are adhered to at all times
