About The Position

This role focuses on assembling and kitting products accurately, ensuring quality and inventory integrity. The Assembler will handle material management, maintain clear communication, and adhere to safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess relevant production or warehouse experience, technical skills, a strong work ethic, and the physical capability to perform the job duties.

Requirements

• A high school diploma/GED OR 6+ months of relevant production, assembly, or warehouse experience.
• Prior experience using hand tools or power tools.
• Basic computer or scanner proficiency.
• Strong basic math skills (counting, adding, subtracting).
• Exceptional eye for matching part numbers and labels.
• Ability to multitask, follow written procedures, and thrive both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to handle moderate to heavy physical activity, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build, verify, and prepare high-quality kits according to work instructions, manufacturing orders, and bills of materials.
• Inspect parts for defects or damage.
• Use scanners or computers to double-check part numbers and quantities.
• Pick parts and production materials efficiently.
• Return and put away inventory to its proper locations.
• Identify and promptly report missing, incorrect, or damaged parts to your Lead, Supervisor, or support teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Strict adherence to all company safety and quality guidelines.
