Requirements
- 2+ years of experience preferred, and training is available for entry level position.
- Experience and ability to work under a microscope and utilize hand tools such as tweezers, pin depth gages, torque drivers, and other similar hand tools.
- Some basic computer skills desired.
- Ability to read and follow detailed assembly procedures.
- Ability to work in a diverse team environment.
- Good interpersonal, teaming and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assembly of complex coax connector assemblies.
- Working up to 6-8 hours per day under a microscope.
- Assembling coax connectors using fixtures and hand tools.
- Handle small components using tweezers under a microscope.
- Epoxy attachments under microscope including oven curing.
- Soldering with various solders under microscope.
