About The Position
This role is responsible for connecting parts to assemble products according to instructions. The assembler will also learn and provide backup for other job functions such as deburring and finishing. Additionally, the role involves assisting with boxing and crating products, participating in cleaning duties, and maintaining productivity according to company standards. The position requires attendance at monthly safety trainings and adherence to all company safety initiatives.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of related experience and/or education
- Must have experience using power tools and hand tools
- Attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to follow instructions
- Must pass background check as well as pre-employment physical and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Construction related or sheet metal experience helpful
Responsibilities
- Connect parts together to assemble products per instructions
- Learn other job functions such as debur and finishing and serve as back up when necessary
- Assist with boxing, crating products when needed
- Participate in daily and scheduled cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Maintain productivity per company standards
