What to Expect / A Day in the Life: You’ll be part of a close-knit, highly skilled team working in our Topeka manufacturing facility. Expect a fast-paced but structured environment where safety and quality come first. You’ll collaborate daily with engineers, machinists, and technicians to meet production and project goals. This is a full-time, on-site role, typically Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with occasional overtime and travel. You’ll work with state-of-the-art equipment and play a hands-on role in the manufacturing of industry-leading machines.

Requirements

  • Communicate effectively and work well on a team.
  • Must be in commutable distance to Topeka, Kansas, United States
  • Experience in Hydraulics and Pneumatics
  • Power Tool Operation
  • Team Building
  • Heavy Machinery Operation: (Cranes, Forklifts, and Aerial Lifts.).
  • Use of Air and Electric equipment, Solvents, Painting Supplies, and Welding Equipment
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds frequently

Nice To Haves

  • OSHA 10 preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate daily with engineers, machinists, and technicians to meet production and project goals.
  • Work with state-of-the-art equipment and play a hands-on role in the manufacturing of industry-leading machines.
  • Installing and testing large metal parts.
