About The Position

Chandler Industries, a business unit of BTX Precision, is a premier contract manufacturer specializing in precision machining, EDM, sheet metal fabrication, and value-added services. With six divisions across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Mexico, we support leading customers in aerospace, defense, medical, and semiconductor markets. Chandler has officially acquired Aztalan Engineering, Inc., and we're investing in the future of our Lake Mills, WI operation. This means expanded resources, new opportunities, and a strong path forward. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to build, inspect, and package components according to quality and production standards. Standard working hours will be Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
Able to work independently
Effectively use hand tools
Follow instructions accurately
Maintain high quality standards
Review blueprints, instructions, and part lists to prepare for assembly tasks

Responsibilities

Assemble and position parts using tools, templates, and measurements to meet specifications
Inspect, measure, clean, and package completed components
Troubleshoot assembly issues and coordinate solutions as needed
Monitor inventory and request supplies when necessary
Complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time
Support department training
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following company procedures and safety standards
Support continuous improvement efforts and lean initiatives
Other duties as assigned
