Requirements

  • Prior experience of at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Able to complete all Assembler I responsibilities in addition to Assembler II responsibilities.
  • Perform repetitive assembly task using basic hand tools.
  • Perform one or more of the following: Brazing, Evacuation leak testing and charging, Final Test, Wiring, Foaming.
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures.
  • Record measurements as needed.
  • Ensure that device history records (DHR) are completed according to FDA GMP requirements.
  • Complete nonconformance records according to established procedures and GMP requirements.
  • Sheet Metal Assembly (using various assembly tools).
  • Follows work instruction to determine the process required.
  • Train new employees.
