Requirements

Prior experience of at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Able to complete all Assembler I responsibilities in addition to Assembler II responsibilities.
Perform repetitive assembly task using basic hand tools.
Perform one or more of the following: Brazing, Evacuation leak testing and charging, Final Test, Wiring, Foaming.
Troubleshoot equipment failures.
Record measurements as needed.
Ensure that device history records (DHR) are completed according to FDA GMP requirements.
Complete nonconformance records according to established procedures and GMP requirements.
Sheet Metal Assembly (using various assembly tools).
Follows work instruction to determine the process required.
Train new employees.
