About The Position

As an Assembler II, you will perform repetitive assembly tasks using basic hand tools to build temperature controlled storage units, refrigerators/freezers and thawing systems. You will be cross-trained to perform specialty functions. This role is designated as Safety Sensitive and may require additional drug screening.

Requirements

Prior experience of at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Able to complete all Assembler I responsibilities in addition to Assembler II responsibilities.
Performs repetitive assembly task using basic hand tools.
On a regular basis, performs one or more of the following: Brazing, Evacuation leak testing and charging, Final Test, Wiring, Foaming, Troubleshoot equipment failures.
Record measurements as needed.
Ensure that device history records (DHR) are completed according to FDA GMP requirements.
Complete nonconformance records according to established procedures and GMP requirements.
Sheet Metal Assembly (using various assembly tools).
Follows work instruction to determine the process required.
Train new employees.
Other duties as assigned.
