Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to accurately record production information and inspection results.
Comfortable using computers for basic production documentation.
Ability to use measurement tools such as rulers and calipers.
Ability to use hand tools such as tweezers, pliers, cutters, screwdrivers, and similar assembly tools.
Ability to use manufacturing equipment such as glue dispensers, heat guns, ovens, and soldering equipment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Demonstrates good judgment and a positive, professional attitude.

Nice To Haves

Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus
Experience working in assembly, production, cleanroom, or manufacturing environments is preferred but not required
No prior manufacturing experience required

Responsibilities

Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products according to approved procedures and work instructions.
Follow quality requirements and perform in-process inspections to verify work accuracy.
Operate manufacturing equipment such as adhesive dispensers, UV curing equipment, hot boxes, and tipping machines.
Utilize hand tools and measurement devices including calipers, rulers, tweezers, cutters, and precision assembly tools.
Prepare workstations and perform line clearance activities to ensure production readiness.
Complete Lot History Records (LHRs) and other manufacturing documentation accurately and completely.
Identify defects, nonconformances, or equipment concerns and communicate them to production leadership.
Support daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning activities within manufacturing areas.
Maintain material traceability and organization throughout the manufacturing process.
Follow all quality system requirements, SOPs, and safety procedures.
