We have a challenging and exciting opportunity for Assemblers to work on hot water machines in our newest facility in Mesquite, TX.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of mechanics.
  • Must possess the ability to read and understand electrical schematics/diagrams.
  • Must possess the ability to use hand tools and power tools.
  • Must maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs. but up to 65 lbs. on an occasional basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Electrical Assembly: 1 year preferred.
  • Mechanical and/or Electrical experience: 1 year preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

  • Read pick lists, drawings, and work instructions to assemble complete machines.
  • Understand detailed electrical wiring diagrams for final machine assembly.
  • Gain understanding of machine operation and functional controls.
  • Manually control machine functions and check the functionality of all related electrical assemblies.
  • Understand hand tools, air wrenches, multimeter, wire stripping and crimping procedures.
  • Assemble mechanical components utilizing sub-assemblies by following assembly drawings, work instructions, and other written and verbal specifications.
  • Clean and maintain work area according to 5S program every day.
  • Utilize pneumatic and hand tools to assist with building product.
  • Perform final assembly and testing of product against required specifications.
  • Keep supervisor apprised of issues related to daily performance.
  • Maintain discipline and a safe working environment.
  • Be willing to be cross-trained in all areas of production.
  • Be punctual, responsible, and reliable.
