About the position
The Brand Representative at Arula is responsible for driving revenue and providing exceptional guest service through relationship building and product knowledge. This part-time position involves maintaining a clean store environment and achieving individual and store goals while reporting to store leadership.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by providing exceptional guest service through relationship building and product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.
- Achieve individual goals that support overall store goals.
- Complete opening and closing procedures as directed by store leadership.
- Perform register transactions quickly and efficiently, handling cash accurately.
- Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents.
- Assist in the preparation for store inventory and maintain a safe work environment.
- Construct merchandising and window displays to enhance store presentation.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and squatting frequently.
- Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
