  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Able to communicate professionally and effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in visual or Performing Arts, Museum Education, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of three years of related experience in arts programming, arts education, event coordination, or a related field.

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Amharic, or French preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Co-teach arts integration lessons within project-based learning frameworks, aligning content with existing ESL, GED, and Spanish literacy curricula.
  • Support all cross-campus arts integration initiatives, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery at both campuses.
  • Recruit and identify student and alumni talent for arts integration initiatives, both internally and externally.
  • Cultivate student and alumni leadership skills and artistic talents through arts and culture activities, extracurricular programming, and by serving as staff advisor for artistic student clubs.
  • Support the Arts & Integration Program Manager in scouting independent contracting artists for hiring and completing necessary documentation.
  • Support the programming and logistics coordination for annual school-wide Multicultural Celebrations.
  • Plan and execute special projects including graduation ceremonies, scholarship fundraisers, art exhibits, performances, and other events.
  • Coordinate field trip logistics, arts inventory purchases, and event supplies.
  • Initiate, establish, and maintain relationships with student and alumni artists, visiting artists, performers, the Arts Committee, and community partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with departments across the organization to support school-wide goals and ensure arts and culture initiatives are well-integrated.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to arts programming, artist contracts, vendor forms, and inventory purchases.
  • Manage arts supply inventory and coordinate purchases, ensuring materials are available and well-maintained.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for evening programming and split schedules.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $67,900.00 to $83,500.00 a year based on experience
