The Client Partnership team leads creator strategy and client servicing, ensuring successful and industry-leading partnerships. They focus on cultivating relationships through best-in-class work, strategic proposals, thought leadership, and ongoing strategic direction to help brands become more effective, innovative creator-centric marketers. This opportunity is for an Art Director to join the Strategic & Creative Development (SCD) function, which focuses on elevating Collectively's competitive, high-stakes, and creatively ambitious work. As a core member of SCD, you will lead ideation and conceptual development for major opportunities like competitive RFPs, big-bet pitches, multi-platform campaigns, and high-visibility client initiatives. You will leverage a deep understanding of creator culture, digital trends, and social storytelling to develop bold, resonant creative ideas that capture attention, spark conversation, and win over audiences. This role is part of a hybrid Business Development + Client Strategy team, offering a unique perspective at the intersection of creative thinking, cultural insight, and business impact. The SCD function was established to enhance the agency's presence in growth-defining moments, leading creative development for pitches and marquee programs in collaboration with Strategy, Business Development, Client Partnerships, and Analytics.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience developing creative for social-first, influencer/ creator-led, or influencer-driven campaigns.
  • Proven track record of conceptualizing and producing work that earns attention, drives culture, and delivers results.
  • Deep fluency across platforms, including native thinking in TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Experience working in influencer marketing, social creative agencies, or digital-first brand environments.
  • Ability to generate a high volume of strong ideas and pressure-test them quickly in a pitch environment.
  • Strong digital and cultural radar, with an understanding of social media trends and Gen Z behavior.
  • Experience developing tension-rooted creative territories and campaign frameworks.
  • Comfort navigating pitch cycles and high-visibility RFP processes.
  • Exceptional creative writing and concepting skills.
  • Presentation skills for internal and client pitches.
  • Ability to balance big-picture concept thinking with executional excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative development for competitive pitches and flagship client programs, generating platform-native, digitally fluent concepts built on cultural friction that earn attention and spark conversation.
  • Develop ideas that extend beyond social media, including influencer-led events, experiential activations, influencer-led TV spots, and fully integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborate with strategists to absorb audience research, digital trend signals, and category context, transforming this information into ideas with genuine creative conflict.
  • Work closely with Strategy partners in brief reviews and ideation sessions to ensure creative concepts are rooted in real insight, acting as both creative lead and thought partner.
  • Partner with Business Development and Client Partnerships to apply creative thinking to business opportunities in net new pitches and key client programs, translating creative vision for different audiences.
  • Contribute to creative trend reporting and POV development, keeping teams informed about digital culture, social platforms, and Gen Z behavior.
  • Help develop playbooks and creative standards to elevate output and assist clients in achieving genuine relevance in the creator space.
