About The Position
Are you passionate about Orlando's world-renowned theme parks? Do you thrive in exciting, fast-paced environments and love meeting new people? If so, come join the Orlando Informer team as an Arrival Ambassador! As an Arrival Ambassador, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring our guests have a magical experience at our after-hours theme park events. From setting up the check-in area to warmly greeting guests, you will be at the forefront of creating lasting memories.
Requirements
- In-person availability on Friday and Saturday, June 5-6, and other future Orlando Informer Meetup dates.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Must comply with all legal requirements and company policies.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or event experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the check-in area to ensure a smooth and efficient guest registration process.
- Provide a warm welcome to our guests as they arrive for the event.
- Verify photo IDs and ensure they match the names on our digital check-in system.
- Distribute credentials and maps to guests.
- Answer basic questions about the event, the parks, and Orlando Informer.
- Conduct various quality assurance tasks, ensuring every aspect of the event meets Orlando Informer's high standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Benefits
- This is a seasonal, hourly position starting at $22/hour.
