Responsibilities

• Direct management of an Arona Home Essentials store with profit and loss responsibility (General Manager).
• Manage the Customer Accounts Department, focusing on renewal payment processes (Customer Retention Manager/Assistant Manager).
• Oversee sales and marketing functions, emphasizing customer growth and service (Market and Growth Manager).
• Maintain administrative organization and customer transactions (Market and Growth Associate).
• Assist in lease agreement renewals (Customer Retention Associate).
• Handle merchandise delivery, setup, and customer demonstrations (Delivery Specialist).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent or at least 1 year of working experience.
• Valid state driver's license and safe driving record.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
