Responsibilities

  • Direct management of an Arona Home Essentials store with profit and loss responsibility.
  • Manage the Customer Accounts Department, focusing on the renewal payment process.
  • Oversee sales and marketing functions in the store, emphasizing customer growth and service.
  • Maintain administrative organization and customer files, processing transactions.
  • Assist in lease agreement renewals within the Customer Accounts Department.
  • Handle merchandise delivery, setup, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent or at least 1 year of working experience.
  • Valid state driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bi-lingual is a PLUS!
