The Armed Security Guard position at USNIA INC involves providing security services across multiple locations in Maryland. The role requires licensed armed security personnel to ensure the safety and security of assigned areas, enforce client regulations, and respond to critical situations. Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and secure environment
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
• Preserve order and enforce regulations and directives for the site
• Respond quickly to critical situations
• Monitor and patrol premises on foot or as directed
• Direct clientele to the intended destination
• Assess and act upon threats or deviant behavior accordingly
• Prepare incident logs and daily reports as required
• Perform routine work for the Client as per established policies and procedures
• Stand for long periods of time
• Communicate and work well with staff and team members

Requirements

• Must have prior work experience as Armed Security Guard
• Must have an active Maryland Armed Security Guard License
• Must have a Carry Permit
• Must have own Firearm
• At least 21 years of age or older
• Possession of a valid driver's license issued by the state of residency
• Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• 1 year of experience in Armed Security (Required)
