JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Regional Operations and Programs, the Area Vice President is responsible for owning, nurturing, and sustaining relationships with key decision-makers at the district level, including Superintendents and Board Members. The Area Vice President will oversee the Executive Director of Programs. The Area Vice President is responsible for the retention of all contracts in the area, earning and or realizing contracted revenue, and growth goals with existing partners in the area. The Area Vice President is responsible for partnering with the Partner and Customer Success team for growth within the existing partners in the area. This role is also responsible for setting the vision across the area and lead the Executive Directors of Program towards meeting organizational goals of program quality, consistent execution, customer experience, strong operations, contract retention, and culture. This position requires a strong leader with excellent relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a proven record of accomplishment of driving organizational goals through effective team management and collaboration.
