About the position
The Area Sales Manager at Cutera is responsible for driving sales growth in the Miami, FL region through effective lead generation and relationship management. This role involves utilizing Cutera's validated sales methodology to build brand loyalty and expand the customer base for innovative aesthetic products. The position requires frequent travel within the territory, including overnight stays, to meet with clients and attend events.
Responsibilities
- Drive the success and growth of the sales territory through cold calling and on-site visits.
- Develop prospective new customers and nurture existing relationships to expand sales.
- Educate and demonstrate Cutera's products' indications, efficacy, and safety to clients.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of sales experience in aesthetics or medical capital equipment, or strong business-to-business sales experience.
- Proven successful sales track record.
- Understanding of the industry and business challenges faced by customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
