This position leads business development and capital acquisition efforts for advanced image-guided therapy systems and associated disposable portfolios. With capital equipment ranging from $150K–$680K and multi-year sales cycles (7–10 years), this is a highly strategic territory requiring exceptional account planning, relationship depth, and competitive displacement skills. You’ll manage a high-potential region that includes high-risk, high-reward opportunities primed for growth. Your focus is expanding market share, executing strategic account plans, and driving pull-through utilization across imaging and therapy technologies.

  • Drive total territory revenue across capital systems, disposables, and service agreements
  • Expand and penetrate target accounts while growing utilization within existing ones
  • Lead long-term strategic account development with C-suite, committees, and clinical leaders
  • Present technical, clinical, and financial value propositions tailored to diverse stakeholders
  • Develop pricing and contracting strategies in partnership with regional leadership
  • 5+ years of proven success in medical device sales, including capital systems
  • Deep clinical and technical aptitude; strong presence with physicians and hospital executives
  • A history of winning in competitive markets and displacing incumbent technologies
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder, complex sales cycles
  • Strong organizational, process-driven sales habits and account planning discipline
  • Ability to build multi-level relationships across high-value IDNs and hospitals
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • A driven, strategic, and collaborative mindset — someone who hunts new business while maximizing pull-through
