About the position

The Apriso Solution Architect is a remote role focused on architecting, designing, and implementing Apriso solutions specifically for the Aerospace & Defense sector. This position aims to optimize manufacturing operations through digital transformation, leveraging extensive knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Apriso solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Apriso solution design, considering industry best practices and client-specific requirements.
  • Develop scalable, high-performance solutions to meet complex needs in manufacturing operations for Aerospace & Defense clients.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of Apriso modules to ensure seamless integration with existing PLM solutions.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to understand requirements, business processes, and technical constraints.
  • Present solution architectures and gain buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • Conduct workshops and demonstrations to showcase Apriso functionalities, improvements, and enhancements.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Apriso projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, quality assurance, data integration) to align Apriso solutions with client requirements.
  • Define and monitor project timelines, resources, and deliverables in coordination with project management teams.
  • Provide technical guidance on Apriso architecture, development best practices, and solution optimization.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement in Apriso and PLM solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the project lifecycle, including post-go-live support.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Apriso architectures, configurations, and project specifications.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years in PLM and digital manufacturing solutions.
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Apriso as a Solution Architect or similar role.
  • Proven experience working with Aerospace & Defense end client is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in Apriso architecture and configuration, including MES/MOM platforms.
  • Knowledge of PLM integration with ERP, SCM, and other enterprise systems.
  • Proficiency in industry standards and best practices for data security and compliance in Aerospace & Defense is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience leading cross-functional teams through project phases.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance, testing protocols, and change management.
