The position facilitates a process, people, and technology method of transformation, supporting the IT Applications for Catholic Health (CH) facilities. The role involves identifying and implementing software solutions for CH business and/or clinical needs, serving as a technical liaison, and bringing vendor software solutions to CH customers. Responsibilities include system installation and maintenance, performing problem diagnostics, resolution, and documentation, as well as providing technical and functional analysis, system building, and testing. The position requires preparing specifications and documentation related to systems and providing support for specific projects. A level II Analyst operates at a beginner to intermediate complexity and competency level, serving as a resource for IT team members. Procedures for the job are general, with work supervised and guided by a manager or team member. The employee is expected to know and analyze procedures, interpret them, and adapt them with limited discretion as necessary.
