Position Summary: Collaborate with internal RP teams and clinical partners - track projects, manage issues, capture action items, and help mitigate risk while protecting data integrity Support application growth by assisting with onboarding new referring provider sites and identifying system/process improvements Provide healthcare application support (RIS, EMPI, patient identity, credentialing) with strong understanding of radiology workflows and data management Perform data analysis and entry - maintain HIPAA compliance - and utilize Excel and ticketing/service desk systems to manage requests Communicate effectively across all levels - facilitate working sessions - document workflows/processes - and partner with cross-functional teams and practice staff DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 3+ years supporting healthcare information systems (RIS, EMPI) - strong focus on patient identity verification, provider credentialing, and radiology workflows Experience with data analysis, data entry, HIPAA/privacy compliance, and Microsoft Office (Excel) - ticketing system experience preferred Skilled in provider credentialing, patient matching/merging, and managing records across multiple healthcare applications Strong communication skills - able to facilitate meetings, document workflows, collaborate across teams, and interact with all organizational levels Why Radiology Partners: Competitive Benefits package – Eligibility starts the month after hire, with tiered options to choose from. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Requirements

• 3+ years supporting healthcare information systems (RIS, EMPI) - strong focus on patient identity verification, provider credentialing, and radiology workflows
